Here’s one of my crafts for the Fallen London Hallowmas Competition! Crafting category, of course.
The Eager Glove! “Eyes and teeth are discomfiting in an item of clothing, but useful.” Good thing you don’t need to shake hands during Confessions, eh?! It would also be a mistake to write the Confessions down, but would it not be a greater mistake to be unprepared to find such written follies? I never leave the rooftop shack without them, myself.
I couldn’t get a good picture of the effect, but both the eyes and teeth glow in the dark. (Useful in the ‘Neath, no?) I apologize for my sub-par no-nighttime cameras. I also assure the public that they are a matched pair! Not enough pictures, I know.
